How do I exchange or return a product to Hotwife Jewelry?

You have up to 7 working days after delivery to start the exchange or return process at no cost, just contact us via direct message on Instagram.

If you received a defective product, do not use it. Start the exchange process and report the problem via direct message on Instagram. Please note that the exchange period is up to 7 calendar days after delivery, so as soon as you notice any irregularities, please contact us.

To start the Exchange/Return process, contact us via direct message on Instagram, it is extremely important that an image of the product and a brief text with the detailed reason for your exchange are sent, a prior analysis will be carried out and we will get in touch.

In cases of return via reverse logistics, we need to consider carriers delivery time, and as soon as we receive the product we will begin the checking and preparation procedure for posting. This checking and posting process takes up to 7 working days, counting from receipt of the merchandise in our stock.

Attention: Do not send product(s) without prior authorization from our team, returns that are not previously authorized and/or do not follow the guidance of our exchange department will not be analyzed and the product(s) will be automatically sent to the address from the customer without prior notice.

Important: Hotwife Jewelry does not cover packaging costs for returns or exchanges. We suggest that you use the same packaging as the product(s) received. If you use other packaging, choose a box that protects the product from damage during transit.

The return of the product(s) must only be made via carriers, with tracking services.

Shipping costs in cases of returns following all the conditions above are the responsibility of Hotwife Jewelry.

If I prefer a refund. What’s the procedure?

If you paid by credit card, we will refund you and send you proof of the refund. Your card issuer is notified immediately and, on average, the amount is available in up to 2 (two) invoices. For other payment methods used contact us via Direct message on Instagram.
