Parts considered under warranty are:
• With any manufacturing defect;
• With total or partial detachment of the veneer.
Parts considered out of warranty are:
• Darkened by dirt;
• Broken;
• Incomplete;
• Scratched;
• Busted;
• Dents;
• Reddish;
• With opaque or milky stones;
• Due to misuse;
• Fitting parts;
• Worn out due to constant use;
• Detachment or darkening of resin.
Warranty Policy
• The warranty lasts for 6 months from the date of the warranty certificate, upon presentation of the product accompanied by the respective warranty certificate and invoice.
• The warranty will be valid if the defect is caused by the product’s manufacturing.
• The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse.
• Hotwife Jewelry, in accordance with the consumer protection code, has a period of 30 (thirty) days to analyze the product and provide the customer with a position.
• Once the manufacturing defect has been proven, the product can be repaired or replaced with an identical one if the product is already discontinued.
• If it cannot be replaced with another equal product within 30 days, the customer will receive a credit coupon for the value of the piece.
• Exchange will not be authorized if the defect arises from misuse or wear.
• Promotional products will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.
